the eastbourne skittles championships

Eastbourne’s first ever Skittles Championships took place 3 - 7 July on the smooth surface of The Saffrons hockey pitch.

The Championships were organised by The Rotary Club of Eastbourne and Eastbourne Round Table. Stephen Rimmer Solicitors were the main sponsor.

Skittles is a sport for all; fun with a competitive edge and great for all ages and abilities. The bar was open, catering organised, and teams of six were entered by groups of friends and local businesses with a full house on the penultimate evening (pictured). All the proceeds from the Championships will be distributed to a variety of local charities.
